What Assembly records

Assembly records agent invocations: the instruction given, the scope of context retrieved, the tools called, and whether the output was accepted or amended.

It does not record the content of documents an agent reads, nor keystrokes, nor screen contents. That boundary is architectural rather than configurable.

Retention

Run records are retained for 90 days by default. Aggregated reliability metrics are retained for the life of the contract.

Assembly is a fictional company created for a product demonstration. This policy is illustrative and has no legal effect.
