What a good agent report looks like

Composite scores fail predictably: someone asks what moved, the answer is unclear, and the number quietly stops being quoted.

Ours decomposes. Every movement traces to a task type, and every task type to runs you can open and replay.

That constraint made the report harder to design and much easier to defend in a room full of sceptics.
