Cost per outcome, not cost per token

Every organisation we work with can report token spend. Almost none can report what it bought.

The detail

The useful denominator is a completed, uncorrected outcome. Divide spend by that and the picture changes sharply — sometimes by an order of magnitude between two agents doing similar work.

At Ordnance Trust, the cheapest agent per token turned out to be the most expensive per outcome.
