Assembly raises Series B to expand the research programme

We have raised a Series B to do more of what has worked: publish original research, and build the verification layer customers keep asking us to extend.

A meaningful share goes to Assembly Research, which will roughly double. The Index moves from annual to twice-yearly.

The rest funds engineering — specifically deterministic replay, which remains the capability customers cite most often in renewal conversations.
